Albion advisory activities in the “restructuring” field were originally applied in sectors where the company has been involved since its foundation such as public works and local public services. Indeed, Albion pursued the strategy of operating as financial advisor in corporate crisis contexts related to sectors where it had expertise, in particular: environment and infrastructure, energy and public services (reference is made to corporate crisis situations where instruments provided by Italian bankruptcy law provisions such as long term debt restructuring agreements can be applied). Albion is also active, mandated by banks or project sponsors, in debt reorganization interventions with the aim of preventing or solving non-compliance or technical default situations within Project Finance contexts.
