Albion provides assistance to its Clients even after the financial closing of a Project Finance transaction, monitoring the project life cycle during the construction and operating phase; within such a context, Albion plays a multiform role, both on borrower-side and on lender-side (in the latter, being mandated by banks as “documentary agent”).
Assistance in the fulfilment of borrower’s commitments under loan agreements (checking of the contractual “conditions precedent” in connection with each drawdown, monitoring of contractual covenants, fulfilment of information requirements etc.)
